埃塞俄比亚芥与白菜型、甘蓝型和芥菜型油菜杂种子房培养技术的研究

STUDIES ON IN VITRO CULTURE OF POLLINATED OVARY IN INTERSPECIFIC CROSSES BETWEEN BRASSICA SPECIES

  • 摘要: 本文研究了埃芥×白菜型油菜、埃芥×甘蓝型油菜和埃芥×芥菜型油菜杂种子房的离体培养方法。结果表明,三大种间组合授粉子房的适宜离体时间分别在5-10、7-12和10-17天之间。水解酪蛋白对杂种胚的发育没显示出有利作用,0.2mg/LBA促进了杂种胚的形成。MS和L.S.M.基本培养基和本培养方法对于埃芥×白菜型油菜和埃芥×甘蓝型油菜杂种子房的离体培养是可行的。

     

    Abstract: The present paper reports on the method of in vitro culture of pollinated ovary in interspecific crosses, Brassica carinata×B.campestris,B.carinata×B.napus and B.carinata×B.juncea.Experimental result indicated that optimum time in vitro of ovaries of 3 kinds of interspecific crosses was 5-10、7-12 and 10-17 days after pollination, respectively.Through ovary culture, hybrid seedlings were obtainted in10 crosses.Casein hydrolysate was of no advantage to the development of embryos.0.2mg/L BA added to MS media promoted embryo formation.MS and L.S.M.medium as well as the culture technique used in this experiment was more fit to culture pollinated ovaries in B.carinata×B.campestris and B.carinata×B.napus.
