Abstract:By using of RAPD,total genomic DNAs of 182 variants, types and cultivars in Amygdalus persica were amplified with preselected 22 decamer arbitrary primers from 200 primers.Through band analysis of amplified loci, bands of some primers were apparently separated, which of primers S65,S459,S167,S60 could include all materials of one or some groups, but each group didn't own unique band. From analysis of UPGMA cluster, two accessions with genetic similarity index 0.990 from one of asexuality were the biggest among the experimented accessions, some accessions which had 0.985 bigger, some ones that had the scale of 0.686~0.831 lower. If the accessions was classified with results of RAPD,of which some ones could divided among honey peach group,Shouxingtao group and weeping peach type. The others were difficult to be classified. So know that genetic diversity of Amygdalus persica was extremely complicated.
