不同三角梅品种苞片色彩表型及色素组成分析

Flower color determination and bract pigment composition analysis of different Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd. varieties

  • 摘要: 三角梅(Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd.)是典型的热带花卉,其苞片色彩丰富,具有重要的观赏价值。为了研究三角梅苞片色彩与色素组成之间的关系,本文使用比色卡和色差仪测量了10个三角梅品种的苞片颜色表型,运用紫外-可见光谱分析对其色素组成进行了鉴定,并进行了定量分析。结果显示,10个三角梅品种可分为5个色系,即白色系、黄色系、橙色系、红色系和紫色系;定量分析结果表明,苞片中色素含量从高到低依次为类黄酮、叶绿素、甜菜色素;色彩表型和色素含量的相关性分析表明,类黄酮、甜菜红素和甜菜黄素是影响三角梅苞片色彩的重要因素。

     

    Abstract: Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd. species are typical tropical flowers of great ornamental value due to their colorful bracts. To study the relationship between bract color and pigment composition in Bougainvillea, the bract color phenotypes of 10 Bougainvillea varieties were measured using a colorimetric card and color difference meter. Pigment composition was identified by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and quantitatively analyzed. Results showed that the 10 varieties could be divided into five color systems:i.e., white, yellow, orange, red, and purple. Quantitative analysis showed that bract pigment composition was in the order of flavonoids, chlorophyll, and beet pigment. Correlation analysis of color phenotype and pigment content showed that flavonoids, betacyanin, and betaxanthin were the most important factors affecting the color of Bougainvillea bracts.
